3-D Auto Parts Ltd is a Corporation formed in 1984 and has been heavily involved in the aftermarket industry since that time.
We specialize in under car fuel system products such as fuel filler necks, fuel tanks, fuel tank straps and fuel modules.
In the last decade we have concentrated heavily on fuel filler necks in particular, research, cataloguing and development. We are at this time able to offer
270 models in the manufactured line.
3-D Auto Parts has also formed a partnership and invested in a factory in China in the research and development of new fuel filler necks, this venture has enabled
us to provide 45 new after market models with a target of 100 by year end.
The quality control of these filler necks is second to none.
Our filler necks undergo a vigorous battery of testing which includes:
- assembly check
- three coordinate measure machine (CMM): checks all the proper measurements and angles to assure ease and proper fit to satisfy the most discriminating installer
- welding strength: machine applies pressure to welds to ensure weld strength
- leak test: every pipe is pressure tested under water
- salt spray test: pipes are applied with an electroplated finis to withstand the harshest elements and then tested in a salt spray machine ensuring the quality product our customers
have grown to expect
